Enrolment
1. How do I enrol for the Hands On programme?
You may approach our friendly staff at any of Home-Fix Outlets, providing your mobile/home phone number and an active email address. Alternatively, you can also log on to our web site: www.Home-Fix.com or call our contact centre at toll-free number: 1800-Home-Fix (1800 4663 349) for enrolment.

User ID and Password will be assigned to you via email or letter. Simply use them to log on to the member web page to activate your membership.
2. Can I sign up for 2 memberships under my name?
No, duplicate applications will not be processed.
Points Earning and Expiry
3. How do I earn my Points?
Every $1.00 spent at any Home-Fix outlets earns you 1 Point. Home-Fix electronic vouchers are issued on a quarterly basis each time you accumulate multiples of 200 points.
If you purchase $300 up to $799 within a 12-month period, you earn one (1) base point plus one (1) additional bonus point for every additional $1 you spend. And if you accumulate $800 and above within a 12-month period, you earn one (1) base point plus two (2) additional bonus points for every additional $1 you spend. Home-Fix reserves the right to change the amount spent and/or the Points earned at any time.

4. What are Qualifying Purchases?
Qualifying Purchases refer to point of purchase made at all Home-Fix outlets or webstore(If any).
5. How and when will I receive my BONUS Points?
In addition to the Points earned upon point of purchase, 10 BONUS Points will be awarded to the Member who updates their profile at our website.
6. When will my Points expire?
All cumulative Points will not expire as long as you have made purchases at any Home-Fix outlets or webstore and achieve a minimum of 200 points within 24 months from the point of membership activation.
Acceptance and Use of User ID & Password
7. Can my User ID and password be used to earn Points and redeem rewards at any Home-Fix outlets?
Yes, you will enjoy this convenience at all our Singapore outlets and webstore.
Points Transfer
8. Can I transfer the Points from my account to other member accounts?
No, all the points earned in your account are non-transferable.
Points Update
9. When will my points be updated?
Points earned will be updated on the 5th of every month.
Rewards Redemption
10. When can I start redeeming?
As soon as you have accumulated a minimum of 200 Points, you can start redeeming rewards in the form of a SGD $5 Home-Fix voucher either by mail or email.
11. How do I use the voucher to make purchases?
To use the voucher, simply present your physical voucher or state the 8-digit voucher unique ID while making purchases at the store.
12. What is the validity period of the voucher?
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
13. How do I check my Points balance?
You can either check your points balance at any of our outlets, logon to our web page or call our contact centre at 1800-Home-Fix (1800 4663 349) (Normal business hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, closed on Saturday/Public Holidays).
14. Can I combine my Points with my spouse / friends / relatives to redeem a reward?
No. You cannot combine your points with other members, disregard of relationships, as points earned are non-transferable specified in the Programme's Terms & Conditions.
15. I've lost my voucher. Can you give me a replacement?
No. We cannot give you a replacement as redeemed vouchers are your personal responsibility and they have to be kept in a safe place until you utilize it.

Use of Voucher
18. Why do I need to top-up with cash for purchases with voucher? Can I substitute the cash top-up with Points?
The cash top-up component is introduced to provide flexibility to pay for the difference in price between the values in voucher and item purchased. No, the cash amount cannot be substituted with Points. But, you may combine valid vouchers to make your purchase.
